Shipping Policy

Shipping within Ireland
All orders for delivery within Ireland are shipped via An Post- standard postage. You will receive an email once your item has dispatched. Please allow up to 2 business days for ready made items to be posted. If you'd like to upgrade to registered postage please leave a note at checkout and we will be in touch via email with a price quote for this.


International shipping
All orders for international delivery will be dispatched via An post- International standard
post. If you would like to upgrade to registered postage please leave a note at the checkout and we will be in touch via email with a quote for this. Any customs charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. Please allow up to 2 business days for ready made items to be posted. You will receive a confirmation email once your item has dispatched.

Returns and Refunds

You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. Please contact us
via email to start this process. To be eligible for a full refund your item must be returned in
the same condition that you received it. Postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and
the item to be returned must be dispatched within 14 days. Items which are exempt from
this policy include bouquet and flower preservations and personalised/custom orders. Due to the
nature of these items, we cannot accept returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Please note that the €100 deposit fee for bouquet preservations is non refundable.

 

Damages and Defects

Please inspect your order upon arrival. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of
receiving your item and confirmed with photographic evidence. We will communicate with you via email the next steps.

Repairs

If you accidentally damage your item and would like it to be repaired, please get in touch
with us via email. If your item can be fixed we will give you a quote for this.
Postage costs for this service will be the responsibility of the customer.
