Shipping Policy

Shipping within Ireland
All orders within Ireland are delivered via An Post- registered post. A tracking number will be
sent to your email once your order has dispatched.


International shipping
All orders for international delivery will be dispatched via An post International Registered
Post. Any customs charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Refunds

You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. Please contact us
via email to start this process. To be eligible for a full refund your item must be returned in
the same condition that you received it. Postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and
the item to be returned must be dispatched within 30 days. Items which are exempted from
this policy include bouquet preservations and personalised/custom orders. Due to the
nature of these items, we cannot accept returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Please note that the €100 deposit fee for bouquet preservations is non refundable
unless you cancel before 30 days of your confirmed date.

Damages and Defects

Please inspect your order upon arrival. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of
receiving your item and confirmed with photographic evidence.

Repairs

If you accidentally damage your item and would like it to be repaired, please get in touch
with us via email. If your item can be fixed we will give you a quote for this via email.
Postage costs for this service will be the responsibility of the customer.
