Shipping Policy

Shipping within Ireland

               All orders within Ireland are delivered via An Post standard postage unless registered postage is purchased. All preservation packages and associated items will only be posted via registered postage. Please allow up to 5 business days for ready made items to be dispatched and up to 10 business days for custom and personalised items that are not within the floral preservation packages.

       

International shipping 

All orders for international delivery will be dispatched via An post International Registered Post. Any customs charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. Please contact us via email to start this process. To be eligible for a full refund your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it. Postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and the item to be returned must be dispatched within 30 days. Items which are exempted from this policy include flower/bouquet preservations and personalised/custom orders. Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Please note that the 50/100 euro booking fee for bouquet and flower preservation is non refundable.

 

Damages & Defects

Please inspect your order upon arrival. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your item and confirmed with photographic evidence.

 

Repairs

If you accidentally damage your item and would like it to be repaired, please get in touch with us via email. If your item can be fixed we will give you a quote for this. Postage costs for this service will be the responsibility of the customer.
