Shipping Policy

Ready-to-Ship (Non-Custom) Orders

             Non-custom items will be prepared and ready for dispatch within 5 working days of ordering.
Orders are sent via An Post Standard delivery unless Registered Post is selected at checkout.
If you require tracked or registered delivery, please ensure this option is chosen at the time of purchase.

Custom Floral Preservation Orders

Due to the nature of the preservation process, turnaround times for custom floral preservation pieces are currently estimated at 6–9 months from the date your flowers are received.
Please note that turnaround times may increase during busier periods. Any signifcant updates to current tmelines will be communicated clearly.
As each piece is carefully handmade and involves a slow drying and design process, timelines are approximate rather than guaranteed.

Shipping of Preserved Pieces

All completed floral preservation pieces are dispatched via Registered Post to ensure safe and trackable delivery.
International preservation orders are sent via Registered Post or courier service, depending on destination and size.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the postal or courier service.
Tracking details (where applicable) will be provided.
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assist in resolving the matter.
